Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a karaoke room through Saturn Karaoke, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service or complete a booking.

2. Eligibility

Saturn is a 21+ venue. You must be at least 21 years of age to book a room or enter the premises. Valid photo ID may be required at entry. All guests in your party must also meet this age requirement.

3. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is captured when your session begins.
• All prices are displayed in US dollars and include the room rate only. Food and beverages are ordered separately through the venue's ordering system.
• A valid credit or debit card is required. Your card may be kept on file for the duration of your session for potential extension charges or damage fees.
• Maximum party size is 10 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in session termination without refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours before session: Remaining hold released. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• Less than 24 hours: Full amount is charged. No refund.
• No-show: If you do not check in within 30 minutes of your start time, the full amount is charged and the session is forfeited.
• Active sessions cannot be cancelled. You may choose not to extend.

5. Session Extensions

Approximately 30 minutes before your session ends, you may receive an SMS offer to extend your session by 75 more minutes at your same hourly rate, subject to availability. The offer states the price. Extensions are charged to the card on file. Reply YES to accept or do nothing to decline.

6. Room Access & Door Codes

Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a temporary 4-digit door code via SMS. This code is valid only during your reserved time window and deactivates automatically when your session ends. Do not share your door code with anyone outside your party.

7. Room Conduct

• The karaoke room is a private space for your party's use during the booked time slot. Please treat the space, equipment, and furnishings with care.
• No smoking or vaping inside the room. Saturn reserves the right to charge a $200 cleaning/damage fee to the card on file if evidence of smoking is found.
• You are responsible for any damage to the room, equipment, or property caused by you or your guests during your session. A $200 damage fee may be charged to the card on file at management's discretion.
• Saturn staff may enter the room at any time for safety or operational reasons.

8. Drinks & Food

Food and beverage orders are handled through Saturn's ordering system (Toast Mobile Order & Pay) via QR code in the room. Drink orders and payments are separate from your room booking. Saturn's standard bar policies apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

Saturn Karaoke is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to equipment malfunction, scheduling errors, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

10. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS in the Saturn Karaoke mobile app — an optional choice at the final booking step, unchecked by default and not required to book (you may choose in-app push notifications instead) — you consent to receive transactional SMS from Saturn Karaoke related to your reservation: booking confirmation, door access code, session reminders, extension offers, and cancellation notices. Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your number with third parties and do not send marketing messages.

11. Termination

Saturn reserves the right to terminate any session and deny entry for violations of these terms, disruptive behavior, or at management's discretion. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.
