When you book a karaoke room through Saturn Karaoke, we collect the following information:

• Name, email address, and phone number (to confirm your booking and send your door code)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details)
• Number of guests in your party
• Song requests (if provided)
• Booking history and session data (start time, duration, extensions)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process and manage your room booking
• Send SMS notifications (only if you opt in): booking confirmation, door code, session reminders, and extension offers
• Process payments and refunds
• Generate and manage time-bound smart lock door codes for room access
• Improve our service through anonymized usage analytics

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Saturn Karaoke:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Twilio — SMS messaging for booking notifications. Subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — Database hosting. Data stored securely in the United States.
• Seam — Smart lock management for time-bound door codes.

4. SMS Communications

In the Saturn Karaoke mobile app, you may optionally opt in to transactional SMS by selecting the SMS notification option at the final booking step. This option is unchecked by default and is not required to complete a booking — you may choose in-app push notifications instead. If you opt in, you will receive booking-related texts: booking confirmation, door codes, session reminders, extension offers, and cancellation notices. Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used only to deliver the booking messages described above and is shared only with our SMS provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of sending them.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking data for accounting and operational purposes. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database access controls, and never store payment card information directly. Smart lock door codes are time-bound and automatically deactivate when your session ends.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of SMS communications (reply STOP)

8. Children's Privacy

Saturn Karaoke is a 21+ venue. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 21. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 21, we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
